After regulation 2 of the Data Reporting Services Regulations 2017 [S.I. 2017/699.], insert -
"2A. References to EU Regulations etc
Any reference in these Regulations to any EU Regulation, EU decision or EU tertiary legislation (within the meaning of section 20 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018) is, unless the contrary intention appears, to be treated as a reference to that EU regulation, EU decision or EU tertiary legislation as it has effect on the day on which the Markets in Financial Instruments (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 are made."
