In regulation 1 -
(a) in paragraph (2)(a), omit paragraph (v);
(b) in paragraph (3)(b) -
(i) for "directly applicable EU regulation", both times it occurs, substitute "retained EU law";
(ii) in paragraph (i), at the beginning insert "any UK legislation which was relied on by the United Kingdom before IP completion day to implement".
