Regulation 53 Position reporting in commodity derivatives

In Article 83 -

(a) omit the sub-heading in brackets;

(b) in paragraph 1, for "Article 58(1)(a) of Directive 2014/65/EU" substitute "paragraph 7BB of the Schedule to the Recognition Requirement Regulations [Paragraph 7BB was inserted by S.I. 2017/701.] and rule 10.4.3 of the Market Conduct sourcebook".
