57AS. Proof of certain matters not required.

In any legal proceedings, no proof is required (unless evidence to the contrary is given) of -

(a) the constitution of the Appeals Tribunal, or

(b) any decision of that Tribunal, or

(c) the appointment, or the holding of office by, a member of that Tribunal or the Registrar.
