Regulation 13 Cross-border conversions: notification to Central Bank of Ireland by certain companies

Where an Irish converting company is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland, the company shall notify the Bank of its intention to carry out a cross-border conversion at least 90 days before the date of the general meeting referred to in Regulation 14.
