Section 102 is amended -

(a) in subsection (1) -

(i) in paragraph (f), by the deletion of "or",

(ii) in paragraph (g), by the substitution of "of Part 9; or" for "of Part 9.", and

(iii) by the insertion of the following paragraph after paragraph (g):

"(h) pursuant to a conversion, merger or division under the European Union (Cross-Border Conversions, Mergers and Divisions) Regulations 2023 (S.I. No. 233 of 2023).",
