In this Chapter -

"relevant company" means - (a) a converting company, a merging company, or a dividing company; (b) in relation to a merger by formation of a new company, the successor company, and (c) in relation to a division, the recipient company or companies;

"merger by formation of a new company" has the meaning assigned to it by Regulation 25.
