Regulation 58 Cross-border divisions: notification to Central Bank of Ireland by certain companies

Where an Irish dividing company is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland, the company shall notify the Bank of its intention to carry out a cross-border division at least 90 days before the date of the general meeting referred to in Regulation 59.
