Regulation 22 Cross-border conversions: action to be taken by Registrar on receipt of orders
(1) Where the Registrar receives a copy of an order under Regulation 21(1) or (3), the Registrar shall -
(a) where the order was made by the Court under Regulation 20(1)(a), register the copy order in respect of the Irish converted company in the register on, or as soon as practicable after, the effective date, or
(b) where the order was made by the authority designated by an EEA state other than the State for the purposes of Article 86o(1) of the Directive, give notice of that order as soon as practicable through the interconnection system to the authority responsible for maintaining the EEA register in which the company file for the converted company is kept, pursuant to Article 16 of the Directive, in the EEA state concerned.
(2) The following information shall be entered by the Registrar in the register and made publicly available and accessible through the interconnection system:
