330 Interpretation
In this Act -
"CA 1998" means the Competition Act 1998;
"CRA 2015" means the Consumer Rights Act 2015;
"EA 2002" means the Enterprise Act 2002;
"ERRA 2013" means the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013;
"the CMA" means the Competition and Markets Authority;
"the data protection legislation" has the same meaning as in the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3 of that Act);
"digital content" means data which is produced and supplied in digital form;
