Where an insurance undertaking with a branch established in the State intends to change the information given in respect of Article 28 (2) (b), (c) or (d) of these Regulations, it shall furnish a notification of any such change to the Bank at least one month before making the change in order that, having regard to the proposed changes, the requirements of Article 30 of these Regulations may be fulfilled.
