Regulation 50 Technical Reserves Provisions.

Revoked from 1 January 2016

An insurance undertaking authorised under Article 49 of these Regulations shall establish and maintain technical reserves adequate to cover the underwriting liabilities assumed in the State in accordance with Articles 13 and 21 of these Regulations.
