Regulation 55 Advantages under Article 26 of the First Directive/Application of Article 26 (2), (3) and (4).

An undertaking which, having obtained an authorisation from a Member State and subsequently obtained an authorisation from one or more Member States to establish other branches therein may apply to the Bank for one or more of the advantages specified in Article 26 of the First Directive, as amended by Article 12 of Council Directive 84/641/EEC [O.J. L339, 27.12.1984, page 21], and Article 26 (2), (3) and (4) shall apply in such a case.
