(1) An insurance undertaking with its head office in the State shall inform the Bank separately in respect of transactions effected by it by way of establishment and those effected by it by way of services of the amount of the premiums, claims and commissions, without deduction of reinsurance and shall so inform the Bank in respect of a Member State where such transactions are effected and in respect of each group of classes specified in sub-article (3) of this Article and also, with regard to the risk, other than carrier's liability, classified under class 10 of Annex I, of the frequency and the average cost of claims without deduction of reinsurance.
(2) The groups of classes referred to in sub-article (1) of this Article are as follows:
(i) accident and sickness (1 and 2),
(ii) motor insurance (3, 7 and 10, the figures relating to class 10, other than carrier's liability, being given separately),
(iii) fire and other damage to property (8 and 9),
(iv) aviation, marine and transport
