(1) The Bank may require the information required to be furnished in respect of an insurance undertaking which carries on business in the State by way of a branch or by way of provision of services to be supplied in the Irish and English language.
(2) The Bank shall not make provisions requiring the prior approval or systematic notification of general and special policy conditions, scales of premiums or forms and other printed documents which an insurance undertaking with a branch established in the State or providing services into the State intends to use in its dealings with policyholders.
(3) The Bank may require the non-systematic notification of the general and special policy conditions and other documents necessary for the purposes of verifying compliance with the law (including relevant provisions in these Regulations) concerning insurance contracts.
