10. Amendment of section 17 of Act of 2004.
Section 17 of the Act of 2004 is amended -
(a) in paragraph (1)(b), by substituting "deaths, marriages and civil partnerships" for "deaths and marriages", and
(b) in subsection (13), by substituting ", marriages and civil partnerships" for "and marriages".
