136. Amendment of Enforcement of Court Orders Act 1940.
The references in subsections (1) and (7) of section 8 of the Enforcement of Court Orders Act 1940 to an order shall be construed as including references to a maintenance order, a variation order, a maintenance pending suit order and a periodical payments order made under this Act.
