Amendments (requiring commencement) by s. 88 of the Family Courts Act 2024 (No. 48), published 13 November 2024.
The Circuit Court shall sit to hear and determine civil partnership law proceedings in a different place or at different times or on different days from those on which the ordinary sittings of the Circuit Court are held.
