18. Amendment of section 60 of Act of 2004.
Section 60(1) of the Act of 2004 is amended -
(a) in paragraph (a), by substituting "death, marriage or civil partnership" for "death or marriage", and
(b) by inserting ", the parties to the civil partnership" before "or the person".
