83. Insertion of section 113A in Act of 1965.
The Act of 1965 is amended by inserting the following section after section 113:
"113A. Renunciation of legal right.
The legal right of a civil partner may be renounced in an ante-civil-partnership-registration contract made in writing between the parties to an intended civil partnership or may be renounced in writing by the civil partner after registration and during the lifetime of the testator.".
