70. Amendment of section 56 of Act of 1965.
Section 56 of the Act of 1965 is amended -
(a) by inserting "or civil partner" after "spouse" wherever it appears, and
(b) in subsections (9), (10) and (12) by replacing "the spouse’s" with "his or her" wherever it appears.
