164. Amendment of section 15 of Act of 1995.
Section 15(4) of the Act of 1995 is amended -
(a) by inserting "or registration in a civil partnership" before "of that spouse", and
(b) by inserting "or civil partnership registration" after "remarriage" in the last line.
