85. Amendment of section 115 of Act of 1965.
Section 115 of the Act of 1965 is amended -
(a) by inserting "or civil partner" after "spouse" wherever it appears, and
(b) in subsection (5), by inserting "or civil partner’s" after "spouse’s".
