Article 21 Dealing in investments as agent
(1) Buying, selling, subscribing for or underwriting securities, structured deposits or relevant investments as agent is a specified kind of activity.
(2) Paragraph (1) does not apply to a kind of activity to which article 25D or 25DA applies.
