Article 89H Advice, investigation or representation in relation to a personal injury claim

Each of the following activities is a specified kind of activity when carried on in relation to a personal injury claim -

(a) advising a claimant or potential claimant;

(b) investigating a claim; and

(c) representing a claimant.
