Article 89Q Claims management activity conducted by the Motor Insurers' Bureau

There is excluded from articles 89G to 89M any activity carried on by the Motor Insurers’ Bureau in the course of carrying on its functions (being the company limited by guarantee mentioned in section 95(2) (notification of refusal of insurance on grounds of health) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 [1988 c. 52.]).
