Revoked from 1 July 2023

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement) Act 2013 (Section 48(1)) (Investment Firms) Regulations 2017.

(2) These Regulations shall come into operation on 3 January 2018.
