Regulation 45 Amendment of Central Bank Act 1942

Section 2(2A) of the Central Bank Act 1942 is amended -

(a) in paragraph (v), by substituting "29 April 2015;" for "29 April 2015, and", and

(b) by inserting the following after paragraph (v):

"(va) Commission Delegated Regulation No 1125/2014 of 19 September 2014 supplementing Directive 2014/17/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to regulatory technical standards on the minimum monetary amount of the professional indemnity insurance or comparable guarantee to be held by credit intermediaries [OJ L 305, 24.10.2014, p.1], and".
