Where an individual payment transaction under a framework contract is initiated by the payer, the payment service provider concerned shall, at the payer’s request for the payment transaction, provide explicit information on all of the following:
(a) the maximum execution time;
(b) the charges payable by the payer;
(c) where applicable, a breakdown of the amounts of any charges.
