The Act of 1942 is amended -
(a) in section 2(2A) -
(i) in paragraph (ar), by the substitution of “and of the Council of 8 June 2016;” for “and of the Council of 8 June 2016.”, and
(ii) by the insertion after paragraph (ar) of the following paragraph:
“(as) Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/2055 of 23 June 2017 supplementing Directive (EU) 2015/2366 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to regulatory technical standards for the cooperation and exchange of information between competent authorities relating to the exercise of the right of establishment and the freedom to provide services of payment institutions. [OJ No. L 294, 11.11.2017, p. 1.]”, and
(b) in Part 2 of Schedule 2 by the insertion of the following item after the last item:
