155. Jurisdiction of Circuit Court

An application under section 138(4), 142(1), 143(1) or paragraph 5 of Schedule 3 shall be made to a judge of that Court for the circuit in which the person to whom the application relates ordinarily resides or, if a controller or processor, has an establishment or, at the option of the person, by a judge of the Circuit Court for the time being assigned to the Dublin circuit.
