Subject to the prior approval of the Minister, the Pensions Ombudsman may from time to time engage such consultants or advisers as he may consider necessary for the performance of his function, other than the powers conferred on the Pensions Ombudsman by section 139, and any fees due to a consultant or adviser engaged under this section shall be paid by the Pensions Ombudsman out of moneys at his disposal.
