(1) An application for a licence, authorisation or permission (however described) made to the Regulatory Authority on or before the cessation date has, after that date, the effect that it would have if made to the Bank.
(2) Nothing in subsection (1) is taken to alter the date on which an application referred to in that subsection was made.
