(1) Nothing in this Part affects any other power of the Bank in relation to the fitness and probity of persons who are officers of, or responsible for the management of, financial service providers or holding companies.
(2) The Bank may have regard to a document or information gathered or received otherwise than under this Part for any purpose under this Part.
