Subject to these Regulations, the Bank may grant or refuse to grant to a management company applying to it under these Regulations an authorisation to operate as a management company. The grant of authorisation is subject to the conditions and requirements referred to in Regulations 17 and 18. The Bank shall notify ESMA of every authorisation granted.
