The Bank may prohibit the marketing in the State of the units of a UCITS authorised in another Member State if it fails to comply with the provisions of this Part. Any decision taken by the Bank in this regard shall be notified to the UCITS concerned and to the competent authority of the Member State in which the UCITS is authorised.
