Regulation 133 Collaboration with competent authorities in other Member States

(1)

(a) The Bank shall cooperate with the competent authorities of other Member States whenever necessary for the purpose of carrying out their duties or of exercising their powers under these Regulations.

(b) The Bank shall cooperate with other competent authorities even in cases where the conduct under investigation does not constitute an infringement of any regulation in force in the State.

(c) The Bank may cooperate with competent authorities of other Member States with respect to facilitating the recovery of pecuniary sanctions.

(2) The Bank shall immediately provide other competent authorities with the information required for the purposes of carrying out their duties under these Regulations or the Directive.

(a) Where the Bank has good reason to suspect that acts contrary to the provisions of these Regulations and the Directive, are being or have been carried out by entities not subject to the Bank's supervision on the territory of another Member State, it shall notify the c
