The depositaries of the merging UCITS and of the receiving UCITS shall verify the conformity of the particulars set out in clauses (i), (iv) and (vi) of subparagraph(a) of Regulation 58(1) with the requirements of these Regulations and the trust deed, deed of constitution or articles of their respective UCITS.
