I, MICHAEL NOONAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 (as amended by section 2 of the European Communities Act 2007 (No. 18 of 2007)) of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), and for the purpose of giving effect to Directive 2009/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 [OJ No. L302, 17.11.2009, p. 32], Commission Directive 2010/43/EU of 1 July 2010 [OJ No. L176, 10.07.2010, p. 42] and Commission Directive 2010/44/EU of 1 July 2010 [OJ No. L176, 10.07.2010, p. 28], hereby make the following Regulations:
