Regulation 136 Exchange of information with other competent authorities

(1) In so far as it is necessary for the purpose of exercising their powers of supervision, the Bank shall exchange information with the other competent authorities regarding any measures taken pursuant to Regulation 32(5), which involves penalties imposed on a management company or restrictions on a management companys activities.

(2) The Bank shall, without delay, notify the competent authority of the UCITS home Member State of any problem identified at the level of the management company which may materially affect the ability of the management company to perform its duties properly with respect to the UCITS or of any breach of the requirements under Part 4.
