Regulation 144 Bank not to be liable for losses incurred through insolvency or default of persons subject to supervision under these Regulations
The supervision of a person in accordance with these Regulations or the Capital Requirements Regulation, or the investigation or inspection of, or the requiring by the Bank of any information, document, report, other material, or explanation from, a person under these Regulations or the Capital Requirements Regulation does not constitute a warranty as to the person's solvency and the Bank is not liable in respect of losses that are attributable to the person's insolvency or default.
