Regulation 52D Reasoned decisions
Where the Bank exercises a power under -
(d) Regulation 93, or
(e) section 45(1) of the Act of 2013,
in relation to an institution, the Bank shall notify the institution concerned of the reasons for the exercise by the Bank of that power.
