Regulation 157 Amendment of Trustee Savings Banks Act 1989
The TSB Act is amended -
(a) by repealing section 10, and
(b) in section 57(1) (as amended by section 1 of the Trustee Savings Banks (Amendment) Act 2001 (No. 6 of 2001)) in the definition of "banking company" by substituting "European Union (Capital Requirements) Regulations 2014 (S.I. No. 158 of 2014)" for "European Communities (Licensing and Supervision of Credit Institutions) Regulations, 1992 (S.I. No. 395 of 1992)".
