Regulation 151 Continuation of contravention of Regulations
Where a person continues to contravene a provision of these Regulations in respect of which he has been convicted, he or she shall be guilty of an offence on every day on which the contravention continues after the original conviction and for each such offence he or she shall be liable on summary conviction to a class E fine.
