Regulation 155 Amendment of Central Bank Act 1989
The Central Bank Act 1989 (No. 16 of 1989) is amended in section 75(1B) (inserted by section 16 of the Financial Measures (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2009 (No. 14 of 2009)), by substituting "European Union (Capital Requirements) Regulations 2014 (S.I. No. 158 of 2014)" for "European Communities (Licensing and Supervision of Credit Institutions) Regulations 1992 (S.I. No 395 of 1992)".
