113. Issue of drivers' badges and conductors' badges.

(1) Whenever the Commissioner grants a driver's licence to any person he shall, upon payment to him by such person of such sum as shall from time to time be fixed by regulations made by the Minister with the consent of the Minister for Finance, issue to such person a metal badge (in this Part of this Act referred to as a driver's badge) of such pattern as the Commissioner shall direct and having marked thereon a serial number and such words, letters, numbers, and designs as the Commissioner shall direct.

(2) Whenever the Commissioner grants a conductor's licence to any person he shall, upon payment to him by such person of such sum as shall from time to time be fixed by regulations made by the Minister with the consent of the Minister for Finance, issue to such person a metal badge (in this Part of this Act referred to as a conductor's badge) of such pattern as the Commissioner shall direct and having marked thereon a serial number and such words, letters, numbers, and designs as
