123. Regulations in relation to conduct of passengers, drivers, and conductors.

(1) The Minister may make regulations for regulating and controlling the conduct of passengers in public service vehicles and of drivers, conductors, and other persons employed in or about such vehicles, and different such regulations may be so made in respect of different classes of such vehicles, and the carriage of merchandise, parcels, passengers' luggage, and animals in or on such vehicles.

(2) Regulations made under this section may confer on the conductor or, where there is no conductor, the driver of a large public service vehicle power in specified circumstances or for specified reasons to exclude or remove from such vehicle particular persons, merchandise, parcels, luggage, and animals or any of them and for that purpose to use such force as may be necessary.

(3) Every person who does any act (whether of commission or omission) which is a contravention of a regulation made under this section and applicable to him shall be guilty of an offence under this sub-section and s
