Regulation 28 Section 66B (misconduct: action by the PRA)
In section 66B (misconduct: action by the PRA) in subsection (4)(b) [Section 66B was inserted by section 32(2) of the Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act 2013.] for "qualifying EU provision" substitute "qualifying provision".
