Regulation 145 Article 61 (regulated mortgage contracts)
(1) Article 61 (regulated mortgage contracts) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (3)(a)(ii) [Paragraph (3)(a) was substituted by S.I. 2015/910 and amended by S.I. 2016/392.] omit "in the EEA".
(3) In paragraph (4), after sub-paragraph (a) insert -
"(aa) "land" -
(i) in relation to a contract entered into before IP completion day, means land in the United Kingdom or within the territory of an EEA State;
(ii) in relation to a contract entered into on or after IP completion day, means land in the United Kingdom.".
