Regulation 181 The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Variation of Threshold Conditions) Order 2001
(1) The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Variation of Threshold Conditions) Order 2001 [S.I. 2001/2507 as amended by S.I. 2005/680 and S.I. 2013/472.] is amended as follows.
(2) In article 2A (non-EEA insurers: specified regulator), in the heading, for "Non-EEA" substitute "Non-UK".
(3) In article 3 [Article 3 was amended by S.I. 2005/680 and 2013/472.] (non-EEA insurers) -
(a) in paragraph (1), for "non-EEA" substitute "non-UK";
(b) omit paragraph (2);
(c) in the heading, for "Non-EEA" substitute "Non-UK".
